my well water is so ****ty if i dont mix it it honestly has a ph of like 10. and its so hard and alkaline i think the rays would die in days. it might i am pretty accurate when i mix, i test before i add the water to the tank. i mix batches of about 20 gallon at a time.
All my water is mixed with ro due to the same fact that ph is 9+ and hardness and alkaline is of the charts and it's about half and half. No ph fluctuations ever. I've been doing this for about a 1 and half years with no problems. When was the last time your well water was tested?

i dont think it government tested. and there is $$5,000 water system that had to be installed because the water is so bad is corrored the insides of the pressure tank and softener. i think everything is fine with water parameters im going to run a week of prazi on the tank and hopefully everything checks out.
