Freshwater Stingrays are not "BANNED" in California. They are restricted, which means that permits are required to keep them. I never ask anyone if they have a permit to keep the fish, because it is not my job. If it is your job, please do it through PM, instead. Seems like alot of busy bodies are looking around to find fault.
