Everything sounds pretty normal. Sometimes rays will surf the sides and top alot if the sand is irritating them, or if another fish on the bottom keeps bothering them

Well this is great stuff I'm getting here, really appreciate the help. It's a first time that I have a stingray & it's not a common thing to have one around where I live. Most fish shops don't even sell them it's a very rare occasion that I got one so can't depend on the shop keepers advise.
With regards to feeding, from what I read most ppl feed them live bloodworms, krill, live shrimp & worms. With limited access to these any suggestions as to what other alternatives that I have for feeding?? Any kind of staples or food that I can easily order online (something not frozen perhaps)???
