They are very young, still in their pink stage. They look good though. You should get some fine sand in your tank.

Is that heater guard fixed to the side? If not you need something more robust as they will have that out of there - I would personally not keep a heater in there and use and in-line one or at the very least a commercial guard - i.e. one designed for the job.
If this is sump filtered then add heater to sump (guessing not)
What do you plan to move them on to when they outgrow?
I cant believe how fast they grow at this stage of their life.
