Nice pics.

Is that heater guard fixed to the side? If not you need something more robust as they will have that out of there - I would personally not keep a heater in there and use and in-line one or at the very least a commercial guard - i.e. one designed for the job.

If this is sump filtered then add heater to sump (guessing not)

What do you plan to move them on to when they outgrow?

I cant believe how fast they grow at this stage of their life.

The pic with the exposed heater was the 3 footer.. so that wont be a worry anymore.. all the heaters in the 150 are with heater guards.. so the rays are perfectly safe.. i am building my 8x4x4 as we speak.. will keep everyone posted..
Btw.. the current 150 will be converted into the sump in the future..

wish i had the money to buy one

i am sure u could save up to get urself the tank u need.. or get a part time job.. my very first 90g was 1 month of hard work..
