Awesome. Thank you. Does my idea for a setup work still for the sunfish? Specifically, should I be worried about to much flow for the sunfish? What should I do to counter that?

before you even think of keeping them with other fish you need to get them on pellets and prepared food or anything and everything will be snacks.

I didn't ignore your responses (I saw your thread). What kind of tankmates do you recommend once I get the sculpin feed trained?

It depends on what you want in the tank, ..some sunfish like the pumpkinseed i tried will kill sculpin.

I have kept mine with larger fancy gold fish, crays, golden wonder killifish, and currently some adult platys

Im hoping that the smaller, more docile sunfish will work out. I can see the more aggressive pumpkinseeds doing that. My green sunfish would certainly kill sculpins. My bandeds and ospots don't even flare up at anything.

If you decide to have Flow throughout the tank set up dead zones with driftwood and rocks in some areas for the sunfish to escape the flow from.
