Move or wait?

Not sure if you guys remember these little Sen's I picked up back in January or not. They were about 2.5" when I got them and I've been growing them out in a 10g till they are big enough to add to the delhezi tank. The one Sen above is definitely outgrowing the other. This one in the picture is a solid 5" now and about the diameter of my little finger.

The tank I plan to move them too is 4x2x2 120g planted tank with two delhezi's 10" & 11", one Senegal 7", three geos from 3" to 6" and a 4" datnoid. The del's are well feed and have never shown any interest in the smallest fish (3" geo) or the 7" sen in the tank so I'm starting to kick around the idea of moving this bigger of the two sens into the tank. Should I let him gain a bit more size or think it would be alright to move him soon?
 
Thanks, I'll keep them growing for a bit longer then. The one is outgrowing the other a lot. One is about the dia of a pinky finger while the other is about the dia a bit bigger than a pencil. I'm guessing maybe the larger might be female perhaps and just growing faster because of that?

Possible. Maybe just a quick eater? Getting more food? Do you monitor their food intake?
