The problem is not the weight, tank/stand/canopy togather is 900+ its the 8ft tank going on a 3x5 lift gate with a hand truck. now they tell me they will have to butt two lift gates togather to get it off lol..

Well, if that happens to me, I'll be trying anything and everything to get it off the truck at my house. As I said, I had a 900lbs load of drywall which was 8'x4' come off a FedEx Freight truck with no problem.

... I'm just telling myself that so I don't stress too much, I'm sure you tried what you could....

When my 8 ft tank was delivered 2 guys were able to get it off the truck. I don't know what size the lift gate was but the tank was on it diagonally with alittle hanging over the edge. They were able to use a dolly jack on one end and a hand truck on the other to get it into my garage. I give those guys a lot of credit for being able to get it done.

Yes its all put together just like it would be in my house on a pallet. Only one guy with a hand truck no way it was comming off the back of that truck..

Yeah, that would be pretty scary seeing one guy try to offload all that. I didn't realize they'd ship it all set up like that.

I'm still holding out hope I won't have this problem since I didn't get the stand. Feeling better about going the diy route on that.

For moving it into the house, you may want to try and find volunteers from mfk, and a whole lotta heavy-duty suction cups.
