I'm likely buying a 400 tomorrow. Would it be easier to move with straps or suction cups? Going to look at it so I can determine if glass or acrylic, but it could be 700 to 800 lbs empty.

Any advice on getting it lifted and out to a trailer?

Lots of man power, suction cups, and patience. Most tanks that size take 6 people to move them safely.

Yes, guys with a GOOD backs! Lol Just reward your buddies with some beer and bbq, they'd be more than happy to help.

I guess ill try for 5 friends and a case of Budweiser

I think the plan will be lift with suction cups, i hope, put on furniture dollies, roll to trailer, lift on.
Probably 6 guys
im just questioning the ability of the suction cups holding , versus straps etc.
