Hi, I have to move two convicts about an hours drive away. Could anyone help with how I can achieve this. I have plasitic bags I have bought fish in so I can use them but what about air?

Just trap some air in the bags the way they do when you take them from the store. Major worry for this is temperature. A cooler is one of the easiest ways to keep a good constant temp.
i agree, if it is really cold where you are, pack them in a cooler and keep it warm in the car. An hour is not a long time for fish in a bag. package them each in their own bag.
