My oddball was never 100% stable whether it be during a water change or feeding. It's always a mystery but surprisingly today when I took him out he colored up like I have never seen.

What else was in the tank with him? I'm asking because mine is the same way. I was thinking of moving him but it's only a 90 gallon that I have space in

Nice,hope it stays that way.

Thanks guys. It was in a 500g with a couple aros, a17" IT, 13" ff and some turtles. Now it's going into a 180 with 1 aro, 14" IT 12" ff and a couple smaller ITs and NTTs

Not that it happens frequently, but whenever I have netted my IT's they always get stable while I am messing with them. They go back to their normal unstable after settling back down.

Hence the theory some on here say that Tigers show their best stability when stressed. Mine always did the same when netted or when put in the tank the first day-next day they'd go dark and stay that way :irked:

Everythings back to normal! Your Oddball isn't so odd afterall I guess. At least he's healthy.
