since my current home was my first buy, there's a lot i learned about buying. never settle for less. the little things count. like countertops, shape of the lot, which direction the house faces and things like that.

i wish i can take my house and put it on another lot somewhere.

if i ever move again, i'll know exactly what to look for and then move one more time for the last time and maybe rent this one to a family member or something

Went looking at places this past weekend, last night we looked at an allright place, then the lady renting the place asked us about pets. I told her about my fish tank, she said she may charge us another $100 on the security deposite, and wed have to keep the tank in the kitchen!
