I have never heard of a sterile female. So i don't think fertility needs to be proven. Unless you mean is she a confirmed female which if it lays eggs pretty much female.
 
I believe in some flowerhorn a female can lay sterile eggs. I haven't heard of this too often, but I have heard of it. Oh and yes she's said to be proven Beans.

Beans Im gonna try the Chrushed coral thing with Gemini. I need to stay away from AB also, there are some interesting fish sprining up there.
