Eels are so cool i was thinking about getting a zebra moray but decided to turn my tank into a reef.Thats one massive eel.

seeing your lionfish reminded me of my friend who just got stung by one today...he was 'wafting' food to the lion on the other end of the tank and the lion tagged him...

I feed my snowflake eel once every two days about a 1/3rd of a market shrimp at a time. He's only 8" though, I can't imagine the amount of Nitrate that single eel puts off after feeding him more than half a pound of food. Jeez more than half pound of food I can barely eat a double 1/4 pounder in one sitting and that eel just killed almost two of them.
