A few more pics of the tank. The 220 is going slower than I thought, due to weather issues (don't want to transport the stand to work in rain and snow) and money contraints ( have to wait till the 1st to buy the primer/sealant and paint). The good thing is that while waiting I keep finding great ideas from other MFKers in the DIY section. In the meantime here are a few more pics fo the current setup. Enjoy.

As to your question, I have two at the moment, and am picking up two or three more tomorrow or wed. They are getting over a lttle bit of ick at the moment and are on reserve for me now. Q-tank is all setup and anxiously awaiting the new arrivals. Total of six more coming home if my water conditions are good.:headbang2 I know one of the new ones is a saddleback, and one has no midle stripe at all just a spot low on the sides. :naughty: I think there might be a third, not sure at the moment though. I know three of them had really nice markings. Would LOVE to find a four stripe!!!!
 
Sounds like you've got some nice oddballs coming in soon... My last batch of 6 little 1" oddballs have really had a lot of pigment changes in their month of QT. The 4-bar (finally!!!) still has really good definition between his 3rd & 4th bar, but one of the others was kind of a "semi-4 bar" & his last 2 bars have merged into a sloppy-lookin saddle. The others were all puzzle pieces & dot backs, but most of them are starting to fill in now...


EDIT: How many Angelicus do you have?
 
I only have the one. Have thought about getting one or two more. Was cautioned by my LFS that there was a possibility of creating LoachWars if I wound up with too many A's in with the CL's. What do you think? My Goal is to have around 26-30 CL's in the 220.(72x24x31)

Loach wars, huh? The CL's will win that fight fo sho! Just kiddin, but actually I have seen it happen when Angelicus are housed with other slender botia like Yo-Yo's or Zebra's that look similar to them, but they never hurt each other. Personally, I love it when they do the Loachy dance! You would not believe how fast they can spin in a circle, chasing each other. Its incredible! I've never seen clowns display that behavior, but my Angelicus do it pretty regularly when I move them around.
 
hey nice tank. I am setting up a 75 gallon tank and was wondering how many watts your light puts out? I want to add lots of plants, You are not running Co2 correct?
 
YEAH!!!! my 100th Post! here is a pic of the newbies to the Loach family. I picked up a dozen 1-2 in CL's They are spending a month in the Q-Tank. I only wound up with one Oddball out the lot, he/she/it has a large spot between the 2nd and 3rd stripes. The Saddleback that was "supposed' to be "sold" to me (on reserve for me) got sold sometime on Sunday and Monday. I can't really be upset about it too badly since I hadn't actually paid for it. However the clerk who was supposed to reserve it for me is going to get picked on really bad now for the next several months.
