soiunds expensive u should try and do everything u can to save money like insulate the walls around it and use led lighting to save money
If I had it to do over, I would have built a pauladrium. It's an awesome concept and looks so natural.
If your saying you only have 24" of floor space to play with, that's seriously going to limit you options. If you can do an in wall, then you have way more room to play with. If I could grow plants instead of algae this is what I would do 
Man those crazy planted tanks look like a lot of upkeep. I'd personally just stick to some really cool fish. But those planted setups do look amazing.
