it works! i just found out from another forum. and right now you can get 30% off!! here's what you need to do:
- open up a live.com search page
- type in a popular item, like "ipod"
- click on the ebay link that has the percentage off symbol. like this:
www.ebay.com

- on the ebay page, make you sure you see this on the very top of the page:
Must use Buy It Now and PayPal.

- now, search for whatever item you want. you MUST use Buy It Now and Paypal to get the discount
- on the checkout page, you'll see the amount of cashback you will get
- after you pay for the item, check My Messages and follow the instructions to claim your cashback. You will need to register with Live.com

2. Find 25-30% ebay cashback on live:
Go here: http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=T43&go=&form=QBRE
You should see page like this:
Now, on top of the webpage, you should see 25% cashback from www.ebay.com. If not, try search for other keywords such as T61, X61, cheap wii, cheap ps3, etc.
3. Click through the 25% cashback icon:
You will be directed to ebay website. You should see following:
Make sure there is 25% cashback icon on top of your webpage.
4. Search for this item:
Copy item number 140284461878 into the search box as following:

5. Make purchase

yes, this happened to me on my first purchase. this is the normal procedure, a 60 day wait period. it sux, but its better than no cashback at all. ive heard of a lot of people getting the money back instantly. and it just happened to me about 10 minutes ago.keepinfish;2487654;2487654 said:
