I have a 55 gallon tank with close to 400 gallons per hour of filtration on the tank.

1. I'm going to have 3 multies in there to start so that they can breed
2. It has sand and will have a Bristlenosed pleco in it since they can't eat fry
3. I want something that will get about 4-6 inches and colorful that will occupy all levels of the tank or so.

Any thoughts? They're going to stay on the bottom and are greyish so I would like some color.

are you dead set on just one bristle nose? ive got 6 in my 55, 2 brown and 4 albino, although the brown are in for growing out, the albinos are staying..they are very active, and adding one more might be a start..especially because they dont get very big to often.
