Munchkin Fish Keepers

No Munchkins of my own but my neighbor has three kids, the middle boy Dominic loves all things animal and was very excited to introduce me to his fish "Splish and Splash". He was very dissapointed when his mother pointed out that they only had one fish and the "other" fish was just a reflection.
 
I have a unborn girl that is going to be a C.r.E.a.m queen. She is due in October. I already have the fish lined up for her.

No kids of my own, but my niece definitely enjoys checking out my fish every time she comes over... infact, she almost makes a mad dash for the tank when she walks through the door... although at the moment all fish with stripes are "Nemo" to her, since shes only 2, but i'm changing that slowly by trying to teach her the fishes names...
 
The only fish my son knows by name is the only one who actually has a name. lol But he does call Peek-a-Boo a Piranha (it's mind meltingly cute to hear him say it), and the the guppies are guppies. I love the fascination of little kids for fish ^_^
 
I'm wayyyy too young for munchkins but my sister 7 and my bro 5 also love fish like me they currently have a 2.5 gallon with some WC tadpoles and WC minnows and they help feed my fish

The second pictures are at about 14 months, the first ones were just before his third birthday a few weeks ago. My daughter is 14 months old now, she is just starting to really get into the fish as well. :headbang2

my nephew loves fish. for his 3rd birthday i set up a saltwater tank with all of his favorite fish. when his fish get to big for the thirty gallon, his mom wants a planted community tank. she said she wants some big fish i told her i'll do it but its only a growout.
 
My 4 year old loves to help with water changes. The fish are relaxed enough with him to let him pet them. He got brave last weekend and pet the gar. Soon enough he will have his own tank.

Love the pictures, Dan! lol I don't trust Zack enough not to dump the siphon hose onto the floor. XD Zack's tank is a 10gallon guppy tank lol
 
My daughters room has nemo theme and i might have to add a Nemo-ish alternative to one of the SW tanks...a large maroon perhaps
