Hey the one in the pond, does he have tankmates??

Yeah he does actually.
Lives with 20 fat goldfish 1 Salmontail catfish 2 Barramundi some crayfish mosquito fish and I'm pretty sure thats it.

He doesn't bother them aslong as they stay in there part of the pond, which is basically the safe area which has a rock wall around it that only those fish can cross.

The Murray is a good looking fish.I have never even heard of them being sold here.

Yeh I'm not sure if they'd sell them out of Australia, the only ones you can keep are the few they sell at lfs's. I think they are a vulnerable species.

... i never had experience with murray cod, but sounds like a cool fish though

it amazes me when one of you said that you can lift him and play with him like that xD i would guess that it would bite ur hand off or something when its so aggressive to other fish, but seems like the opposite here.... cool cool
