Oh yeah, something else also worked for me in gaining mass/weight. 2 out of 5 days that I was working out, I went to Denny's after working out and ordered nothing but steak. I specifically developed a liking to the t-bone steak and eggs. That's protein all the way. Of course that is in conjunction to the creating and whey protein that I am taking in.
 
how is creatine on the kidnys,liver and tummy?I just remember taking it alot back in the day and it seemed to upset digestion or something and also it seemed to give me the strength i wanted but tended to make me look more full or bloated than define.

Provided you don't consume alcohol, its relatively harmless.

BTW, just got confirmation that I'll be training at Koloseum Gym with Milos Sarcev for 2 weeks over the summer. I'm sooo excited.

Any trainer who told a 5' 10" 150 pounder they could get them looking like the guys in "300" in one months time would lose all credibility with me.

You get that right and the workout matters very little...as long as you lift heavy.

Don't worry you will never get big like a bodybuilder...unless you are doing the things that they are doing which includes more then muscle milk.

1 gram of protein a day per lean pound of body mass.

1 gallon of water everyday at a minimum.

ONLY two shakes a day. (I prefer one for breakfast and one post workout. I like to include dextrose in my post workout but thats a personal preference.)

Chicken Breast, Fish, Chicken, Fish, Turkey, Chicken Breast.

Eat a hypo-caloric food at night such as green beans or cabbage.

Throw in red potatoes or sweet potatoes...

You will see some results.

But if I only weighed a buck fifty...I would eat my butt off and hit the gym like a mad man. You probably have a high metabolism and just need to stoke the fire with good calories.

(I have been working out 15 years and have seen literally thousands of 150 lb guys wanting to get cut or get big on the latest gimmick. Two things that I have found that work...Creatine and protein. The other thing is called "hard d#$% work")

Now that is the no JUICE awesome suggestions ;)

Creatine does bloat you.. Creatine packs water around your muscle cells and sits.. You get pumped....
Loading is suggested and using within 30 minutes of begin workout and within 30 minutes after workout is mainly because your body naturally spits out what you do not use..

Another reason to utilize water while working out.. using creatine you can usually add 5lbs. of water weight in a few days...

Protein used while working only certain muscles makes you pregnant ;) So be careful with protein shakes and what not..

Balanced diet along with full body excercise and health is the best way to get abs... if you have no good diet.. you will have no good abs.

Creatine is still my favorite.. I like to use glutamine as well..
