Do you enjoy the music in fish videos?

I personally don't like to listen to the music people put in their videos of their fish. I will much rather hear just the filter. What is your opinions on the music in people's videos?
 
depends on if I like the music. I like a lot of music, but I click mute a lot more than I would have suspected.
 
Part of what mkaes fishtanks so soothing imo... is the filter sounds ect... not music.. lol and while i'm not against heavy metal ect seems most people like to use it? not sure how metal and fish "go together" but alot of people do.
 
What i really don't like about music is people putting loud rock/rap music on the videos for monster fish like arowanas, polypterus etc.., and all it does it take away from the monster aspect of the fish IMO
 
usually the music sucks. i just like videos with the sound of filters.
 
Depends on if the music compliments the fish.

I hate when its crazy death metal for a slow pellet feeding with fish that don't hit food hard, or the piranha feeding videos with crappy rap.
 
I always mute the videos with music. I can't stand hearing music with fish tank videos. It takes away from the serenity of the visuals and filter sounds, that right there is a soothing music in itself. I also hate when people put nature soundtracks to their fish vids. No it doesn't add to the atmosphere when I hear a bird or monkey and can still see your bedroom wall and a family portrait, you're not fooling anyone. Huge pet peeves of mine.

I normally just mute all sounds in my videos.

When I'm watching someones videos, I loath it when they put music in.
 
Music is ok if some thought goes into it. For example:
Ramstein for piranhas.
Getaway banjo music for busy shoals of corys
Polyphonic Spree for birthing guppies
the theme from Jaws for big predators...
Basically if the music fits the subject matter, cool...
But I voted for filter sounds because most people don't put that much thought into it.
