What are the perceptions and responses do you, in the U.S. and elsewhere in the world, have to these cartoons? - A cartoonists view of what he thought was funny, no big deal at all.
What do you think about these cartoons? - They weren't hillarious at all, moderately funny at best. Just cartoons.
How do you feel about the controversy surrounding them? - They put too much into symbolism. I.E. I love america, yet if someone burns a flag it doesn't make me love america less, destroying a cross, or posting pics of a profit doesn't change one's belief nor should it ever. If someone does something to "offend" you speak out against it (i.e. give your 2 cents), but there is no need for violence.
I want to know, your initials so names aren't necessary so I can refer to you in my paper. - D.J.M.
Where you live? - Fremont California
Are you male/female? - male
Are you young/old, how old are you? - 35
American citizen/resident or not? - yes
Your political views? - Not really fond of the current US 2 party system, have the feeling Dems and Reps have all sold out to Corperations. Also believe both parties are trying to take away rights, a revolution (non-violent preferably) is needed.
Your views on religion? - Daoist. - Everyone should be allowed to make their peace with god (if they choose to at all) on terms that work for them. Government has no place in religion.
