I had them separated, I wanted to plump her up with good food to maximize her fertility since she had just spawned in your tank. I came home today from work and there are about 300 eggs on the bottom of the tank. There will be plenty of Chancho fry to go around!
 
Not a bad size spawn....... I love these guys! I had some regrets when I sold my previous Barred Midas pair but things always seem to work out! These have the potential to get so much larger! Once again.... they totally ignored the clay tray and went right to the floor of the aquarium...... :screwy:
