Rainbow channa, damn that's a nice fish, I've never heard anything price-wise seeing as though I'm in the states, how much are they?

you're right. I'm pretty lame host for a guessing game... dunno but there's a guy in our local-state forums who give them of as WC and sold em for 90$.

I only keep large South American and Central American Cichlids, BUT if I had to recommend a small fish that everyone has to keep at least one time it would be a freshwater puffer. Either a figure 8 puffer or a spotted puffer. I had one about 8 years ago and its personality was so amazing. Their behavior is so unique!! If my daughter starts showing interest in aquariums(fingers crossed) I will get her a puffer for sure!

Damn thats expensive, over here rainbow snakeheads cost about HKD $75 which is about USD $9 - 10 for a 4" - 6" fish...

I would pay twice that for those little beauties haha, probably the prettiest mini monster there is. I don't think anyone could challenge that either

Everyone should own some type of arowana at least once in their lives. Aros are the most active fish and most graceful too IMO. Other fish like bichirs and most other bottom dwellers are too inactive to be fun for most people.
