Must See!!! The Expendables

I just saw it.
And it was awesome.
It was what it was, a no-brainer action movie, and it delivered.
The only thing I hated, was the CGI blood and fire.
They made the knives look so good, but the fire and the blood was crap.
Plus the close ups.

I thought it was pretty awful, even for a mindless movie. If you look at other movies that have similar characteristics, the only memorable ones had a good story. This story as awful. Did I mention it was awful?

I thought it was good, not great, but good. I predict the next movie they all will be in (part 2?) will have all of them in wheel chairs though, except Jet Li, who will continue to get his a** kicked.

I give it a 6.75 out of 10

It was a decent action film but with the way they seemed to advertise the great cast it meant I was disappointed when it basically became a movie about Sly, Statham and Jet Li (who barely made more screen time than the rest of the cast). The others are hardly in it. Barely 2 minutes and a pic of bruce willis.

This could have been the best action movie ever if they had given the others more screen time, minus Arnie but he is a bit busy these days.

Agreed, but instead it came off as a little cartoonish to me.

I've watched it a couple of times now on Blu-Ray so I've seen it 3 times now also.
