They also seem to be less hardy than the grays, and are usually considered to be more difficult to keep. Either way - for smoothhounds - our looking at keeping water temps below 70F.
Yeah, that is pretty much all the info I have found. Do you know any more about them? It looks like a good fish for a medium sized pond to me.
