Lungfish.. and I'de be ticked off too if i had a hook in my face and a bunch of kids where jumping around screaming because they thought I was some monster...and thrash around crazed... 'specially if they where smacking me with sticks or kicking me....just saying..

and no you should not dump things into the water.. not sure the range but the SAL.. or south american lungfish.. may be indiginous to that area...

I just researched lungfish a bit and yeah, there are some lungfish in this part of argentina.
