me neither we should spread the word around to all our fish hobbyist and and ban these kind of acts this picture really hurts me

That's just so sad that someone thinks this type of acts actually makes the fish appealing and to sell and make money from it. Sickening

I wonder if those are recently dead rays that someone then cut as a joke or way to stir the pot. I can't image either ray would survive such injuries.

Just what i was thinking I dont think these rays could have survived this
