I already have 4 unbelievable F1 rio mag. umbee youngsters from fishman09 (thanks again!!!) but when I stopped by a reputable fish store 30 minutes north of me, I couldn't pass up this deal. They had this 3.5-4 inch umbee for sale for 10 bucks (I got a 15% discount on top of this) on my overall purchase. They told me he was F1, though I can't really verify it. Here it is with the first picture coming from my camera phone at the shop, and the last couple coming from my camera about 30 minutes, and some frozen krill and bloodworms later (he ate both of them)

Maybe it wasn't that great of deal, but I am stoked either way. He/ she has a good personality. ha ha

thanks for the kind words (all three of you). I am hoping that it might become a nice avatar for me soon, just like all of yours have for you!

Good looking fish without a doubt. They grow fast. Mine put on 1_1/2" in a month. Tilapia and market shrimp. They explode before your eyes.

Thanks for the advice. I'll have to go get some of those foods, as I have never tried market shrimp for my fish (just the expensive frozen krill from my LFS)

here it is after settling into my tank (about three weeks now) Can't tell yet if it is male or female, any ideas:
