Everyone says that when they see it, but the stand is fine, still as level as the day the water went in.

The first pic with me standing next to the tank, the stand is not complete in that pic, i since added more supports.

I was actually looking at that picture when I commented on the strength of your stand lol

nice big red , what happens if you dont feed him , did he get grumpy ?

What size is that sump under it? And if you don't mind how much did you pay for that monster?

Also, as stated previously that Snakehead is a MONSTER.

Sump is 60"x18"x18", split into 4 compartments.

when you say how much for the monster, do you mean the tank or the snakehead.

Well, tank cost me £300 secondhand.

And snakehead cost me £30 the first time i bought it and £50 the second time, The reason i bought it twice is, first i bought it from a shop, then about 6 months later swapped it with a mate for a shed load of cichlids, he then swap it with someone else who inturn sold it back to the same shop i bought it from. I looked at getting it again but decided not to and the shop sold it. It then came back to the shop again and the bloke at the shop rung me to say it was back in again so i thought i have to have it this time so went straight there and got him. He was 9" the first time and 13" the second. i had him now for about 3-4 years and his just huge.

Im trying to find out if there are any others this size in the UK, so if any one knows of any let us know.

Cheers
