I just actualy measured it. it's 48" X 18" X 30" According to "All Glass Aquariums" That is the standard dimensions for a 110XH tank.
 
what about mr. smily? isnt he going in there? and get out the pleco before you put any bichirs in.(i want that tank) if i were you id put in some knife fish(african brown/black, black gost etc.)

Mr smiley is already in there.
The pleco who is about 13" right now has been in there with other large bodied fishes long before I got the bichir with no problems so if he were going to be a problem (sucking on the bichirs body) I would have seen a problem by now with other fish I had. But if I have to I suppose I could find a home for it.

I had 3 common plecos in with my bichir in my large tank before it started having problems getting food. If anything Ellie bothered them more, she use to lay on then and use them for a pillow sort of thing lol. Only fish that are ever near her are the synodontis, and they just sit next to her. I would just keep an eye on them, every fish is different and so on.
