Where did you get all your rocks from? and the sand, what is it exactly?

The rocks I got from my backyard. There were just a cluster of these same colored blackish rocks in my yard. The sand is petco sand I have accumulated over the years. I actually like it in the sense it is very fine and the fish love to sift through it. It's also easy to clean. BUT it can get kicked up pretty easily so I have sponges over the intakes of most my filters to prevent a filter clog and I have to say I love the sponge pre-filter. They trap a lot of debri and prevent my impeller from being clogged with sand. If I could I would get pool filter sand but nobody sells it within an hour drive of my house.

PS:just saw the female midas breeding tube all the way down, she should be spawning very soon.
