My 125 stand

Here's some pics to get it started. It is still a work in progress at this point with a lot more work to go. It took me about 4 hours to have the full frame assembled and the first cost of paint on it. The following day i wrapped the frame which is made of 2x6 and 2x4s with 3/4" cabinet grade plywood. Added the chair rail, fluting, baseboard and the rosettes to give the stand some definition. It's stained with Minwax red oak and then sealed with semigloss polyurethane. I just made the cabinet doors for it this past weekend. Plans are to make a canopy as well to add shelving to the stand. Ill update as I attach the doors and make some more progress on it. I just turned 23 on 5/18 so I'm feeling pretty good with how it's turning out so far. Any input is welcome

Very nice! I really like the trim used on the corners, really makes the stand "stand" out ;)

Any plans for a hood? Looks like you're very capable of making one that matches.

Thanks for compliments . I am thinking of making a hood for it, I just haven't decided how I want to do it at this point. Hopefully i will be able to start drawing up how i want it this weekend and be able to get it assembled soon after. Ill post more pics as I make more progress on it
