Here's some pics to get it started. It is still a work in progress at this point with a lot more work to go. It took me about 4 hours to have the full frame assembled and the first cost of paint on it. The following day i wrapped the frame which is made of 2x6 and 2x4s with 3/4" cabinet grade plywood. Added the chair rail, fluting, baseboard and the rosettes to give the stand some definition. It's stained with Minwax red oak and then sealed with semigloss polyurethane. I just made the cabinet doors for it this past weekend. Plans are to make a canopy as well to add shelving to the stand. Ill update as I attach the doors and make some more progress on it. I just turned 23 on 5/18 so I'm feeling pretty good with how it's turning out so far. Any input is welcome
