can we get more pics of the fish together. i have to see it to believe it, my old tex tried killing my firemouth so im having as hard time believing the discus thing

:nilly:i was in colombia and some of the mixes they had in the fish tanks in the shops which most were 150us beggered belief,, one tank had 6oscars/5discus along with goldfish, that tank ive now seen 3times over three years and still same fish in:ROFL:all healthy and no aggro,,,stranger things have happened,,

Thanks for the compliments guys...Discus are expensive here too... unless you to Manaus, capital of the Amazonas estate, wich is situated in the midle of the rain forest. There you can buy cheap wild ones, like 2 bucks a bucket full of them. But the wild discus are very sensitive, hard to feed, very shy...

So, you dont believe the discus and carpintis thing? Hahaha...the dominant angel beats the crap out of my tex...hahahaha..and hes not a wuss...He killed a wild geophagus last week. I will post more pics and a video...It's true..they do fine. The big cichlids dont see them as competition. Simple as that.

awesome looking tank, and good job on the mix, although I'd get the mbuna out of there

keep an eye on aggression towards the veiltail, that long tail can be tempting to be nipped

I'll say it, I like the terracotta pot. I use them in almost all my tanks.
I dont car what others say, I like it. My tanks have tera in them and still look kick arss.
Yours too. Good job.

I keep one in a 40 gallon I have it is a Convict Maternity Ward. I must've had 7,074,934,186 Convict Feeders hatch in my Terra Cotta Pot. Other than that, not my favorite decoration.

As for the stocklist, to each his own but I wouldn't do it.

That's one interesting stock list. It's good to hear that something works out that goes against the normal. Most people don't like it because they hav'nt tried it or it did'nt work for them. Good work post more pics.
