  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Wow insane ponds bro.

The pond im planning will only be maybe 2 or 3k gallons since i dont have a very big yard.

Do u keep your heat exchanger in a shed or right out in the open? Do u use it in the winter or change over to the gas only?

Wow Trev I can't beleave you brought this old old old thread up to the top!.........In #52 of this thread the photo shows the little green box I built to keep both the natural gas boiler and heat exchanger in.[Do u use it in the winter or change over to the gas only?]If you want to know if the heater is there all year round the answer is yes.

I was thinking of using an air heat exchanger and keeping in my shed and keeping the shed heated in the winter.

I knew u kept koi but i didnt know it was on this level lol

Would love to see all this in person someday

I don't know what you mean by air heat exchanger... But heating a shed with your filter in it is a very poor way to heat a pond. You want to heat the water as directly as possible. .......You are welcome to come and see the koi and "others" just let me know when.

btw that is the sickest pond probably on the earth..
