Same here, got a few spawns but every time the light goes off the eggs are gone. Dont know if the pair is eating them or other menarambos or maculatus. Next time I am planning to remove the eggs and artifically hatch them. Got any pictures of your tank??

That tank is quite impressive. The one kind of tank I want someday is a pin-striped damba tank. They are truely awesome fish, I hope they can get more widely sold at pet stores. They are great fish besides there need for alot of tank space.

sweet tank, get sum better lighting. oh and your water looks brown, any thoughts on uv sterelizer ?

The Madagascar cichlids prefer low lighting as they come from murky water. For best chance at breeding the lights should look dim.
