To tell you the truth I have never seen him eat. After a while the feeders are gone. I just watched the con's disapear one at a time. Know the Kelberi I see them eat everytime. The Azul just stay's plump and I know he ate. He is real laid back. A little Aggressive twoards the Kelberi but that's to be expected. Nah bro I don't force feed them. I am on the same schedule as you 5x a day. I do big water changes though.

I think you mis took what I said I stuff the feeder's with all that extra stuff. Working 10 hr day's and twins I have found this method to be full proof. I raised all of the Cichla this way.

lol...nah bro, my bad didn't mean you...i think it was actually you or pete that said that stuffing is not good, but spreading out the feeding was better. I just said it to put i out there for everyone else. Yup i got a little 8 month old, i hear you about setting a schedule
