I got shocked by my old 3' one once while changing water, it's not fun. Arm was tingly for a while after.

Same thing happened to me dude when two of my emperor snakeheads jump out if there tank and landed inside the electric eel's tank. Got 3 of them too. I was able to save one, but the other got shocked a lot that it could no longer move. Shocked myself while saving both of them too. Should have put the cover even more secure.
