I was away for 13 days and came back to see my tank really dirty... so I stripped down the tank, cleaned everything and redecorated...

sharing updated pictures including tank occupants... pardon the amateur photos, i only used a basic point and shoot camera...

enjoy... comments welcome... thank you! :)

Nice combo of africans. eye biters are sweet when they get adult size.
Thank you Crispy! Indeed they are sweet. I have six of them and one of the females are carrying babies in their mouth for about a week now. Not sure if the babies will all survive in the community tank though...

wow great tank man, i have some similar Cichlids in a little smaller tank :D but you should give em a look, its even in HD, and let me know what you think (with a comment on youtube :D)

here it is:
dont forget to switch it to HD

Valderi - Thank you!

Supanic - Nice Tank Man! I like your setup. Your Blue Dolphin must be the most aggressive fish in there. You got me thinking about taking a video of my tank too. I'll try to borrow wifey's Flip cam tonight...

Nice eye biter. I have never seen one with out the later black stripe. Mine is just now starting to get oranged tipped fins like you though.

Thanks Zebvance! That blue eyebiter without the black stripe is the dominant male and is currently spawning with one of the females like almost every month. I'm too lazy to take the babies out though so they end up becoming feeders, but I'm sure some are hiding behind the rocks...
