what a great piece of driftwood! how big & how much? or did you harvest it?

love the setup

its 1,40 Meters long and about 70 cm deep
i payed 65 euros for it but that was with a discount on it ^^

many thanks (H)

Yes the brick is to hold the driftwood down!
its such a big peace that after 3 weeks it still slightly floats!
i think il try and take it of someware next week
altho im thinking of leaving it there as the fish and lobsters have hiding places behind and under it!

also ive bought another snakehead today..
a asiatica that turnt out to be twice as big as the other snakehead ...
so that was a big money loss
i bought a Paratilapia polleni to!
but the sunfish didnt like him to mutch so that was big money loss aswel ..

they gave me a sick dieng baby green sunfish where they gave up hope for
so i bought some meds and hes doing better now!
so thats a win for the tank!
hopefully he will be better next 2-3 weeks so i can post some pics of him!

I love the tank and I can't wait till you are able to post updated pictures. The lighting sounds like there was alot of thought and effort for realism!

It is interesting seeing a snakehead swim, I own a bowfin and it swims using its dorsal fin(the raised fin along its back and belly) more for locomotion, where your snakehead swims more with its front fins, more like my bichirs. My bowfin looks way mean, but it is actually very docile in my tank.

Thank you for sharing!
