My 25G Paludarium comments love / hate?

Since its been close to a week since the shrimp and fish have gone in i thought it was time for an update... especially since the fish have finally started to start poking their heads out every once in a while...

^ Thats what i'm hoping for... i think out of the 8 i bought, 5 or maybe 6 of them were already carrying eggs... so just waiting for them to drop at the moment, although with at least 3 shrimp hiding, i'm guessing i should see babies soon?

Just keep them in good conditions and you will see babies sooner or later.
 
^ yeah thats what i was thinking, and from past experience, when they go into hiding, it means they are about to drop eggs... so i'm guessing in a week or two i should start seeing baby shrimps around the tank... given the danio's don't pick them all off...

Nice photo update! keep it up.. and of course good luck with the babies!
 
unfortunately the only 2 adult shrimp seem to have survived? not really sure what happened with the others, i'm guessing its possibly the filter isn't quite matured enough...

As for the babies, i'm guessing not many if any at all have made it this time around... so i'll see how the ones i have left go and maybe add a few more in a couple months time...

Plants are growing like nuts though, so will try and do a small photo update soon..
