You are going to have a lot of dead fish by August. Rams only hit 3". Convicts hit 6". And Nics are 6-10" depending on gender. A lone male Nic will kill everything in that tank and still be cramped. A breeding pair of convicts will execute everything in the tank once they lay eggs (and cons pair up VERY easily). I would either keep a pair of convicts or the rams and nothing else. Nics are just too big for that tank.

Some people just have to learn the hard way. It's a shame that the fish have to die for a point to be made, but there isn't anything we can do about it.

By all means do what you want but what you shouldn't do is post overstocked tanks that will result in the suffering and death of fish and expect any sort of positive comments feedback
