You're right that you cannot find them. Not every Walmarts carry them. The Walmart in Westminster has some in the gardenning section.

That's where I originally bought these...... At the "Westminster Spectrum"! (That's what we use to call it, competition to Irvine! ) Trask/Beach Blvd.!
