yes the hawk pic looks like an advert for magfloat.
and yes the gourami's do shoal together, not only that they completely desimate algae growing on anything put the glass, which ive never known gourami's to do.
i picked a group of 6 and i ended up with 2M 4F in my experience the females grow faster as they are all bigger than the males except for one.
