Well the one i have my eye on right now is only about 5" so i dont think that will be much a problem for a while.... I am also eventually wanting to get a gar. (not full grown) lol do you think that would work out?

yes, or at least with florida/spotted gars

longnose if you have enough tank space but i wouldnt risk a gator, ive seen pics here on MFK of a gator chewing on a CK
