Hello Everyone,
So my COA order came in about 2 weeks ago and I finally got them into their tanks. The fish came in healthy and nice...just a little on the small side with my mota's being barely half an inch.
So here are the Tanks. Please give your Opinions and advice on my set ups. Please comment on the aquascape of my 150 Gallon as well. Not too sure about that one.
150 Gallon: 72" X 18"
- 6 Vieja Melanarum 1"
- 8 Parachromis Loisellei 'Panama' 1"
- 1 Male Bushynose Pleco
The goal is to end up with a pair of each. Not sure if a pair of each can work together in the 150 gallon. Here is where any opinions would be appreciated. I still have a long way to go since they are babies still. This scape is suppossed to be a CA Riverbank.
90 Gallon: 48" X 18"
- Breeding Pair of Thorichthys Ellioti and a third unpaired Female. Currently with Fry
- Paired couple of crenicichla Regani and a third unparied Female.
- 6 Xenoteca Eisenni
I'm going to have to take out the Regani's I'm sure. The Ellioti's are viscous! They controlled my 210 before i moved them into this 90.
The scape on this tank is suppossed to mimic a limestone bank of a Cenote with knooks and crannys.
225 Gallon: 72" X 24"
- 5 Paraneetroplus Bifasciatus "Candelaria" 2"
- 10 Red Tiger Motaguense 0.5" - 0.75"
- 3 Thorichthys Meeki
- 1 Cryptoheros Nanoluteus
- Pair of BUshynose Plecos
The aim is get breeding pair of Bifas and RTM's. Again, not sure if this will work with the RTM's being as aggressive as they are.
The scape here is a Mexican River Bank.
Thanks for looking!
