My 300 gal Orino growout build

Thanks Gansta, yeah, i think i sealed it pretty good, put several coats of stain, and clear. The stand didn't come out quite as nice as i'd of liked. I have been a metal fabricator/welder for years, but i've never made ANYTHING out of wood. I figured it would be a snap:grinno:...two completely different trades bro! Haha

Thanks guys for all the great comments, i have sat here for the past 3 yrs looking at all the bada$$ monster tanks you guys have, just dreaming of the day when i would come across a good deal on one myself. I have been in the Cichla game for only a few years and was very naive in the beginning to the fact at just how big, and fast these guys grow. I have raised monos from 2" to 15" in my 125, only to have to eventually let them go because i could not provide the tank space these guys require. Hopefully these orinos will be OK in the 300 for another 2 yrs.... then i can go for the BIG tank I really want.

Thanks, not sure of the type, just a run of the mill tiger i think, but def. the nicest one i've had.
