Update:

So i finally put another coat of pondshield, installed an overflow, glass and a little but of plumbing.
Now i hace to add some trims to the tank and a crown. After that sand it and stain it. I havent water tested yet. Hopefully itll hold since i used lots of pondshield and 6 tubes of silicone for glass.

I bought an acrylic sheet for about 100$. Then i cut it to sizes i need. Using "Weld On 4" I welded it.
Now this is the important part, i've tested 5 different silicone brands to see if they adhere to the acrylic, most of them failed to do so except one which bonded just like it bonds to glass. If you go to HomeDepot they sell that silicone next to the section where they have Acrylic Sheets.
Either way, I siliconed the inside of the overflow corners for extra safety. I used a 2 inch PVC pipe for drain.
As for the securing the overflow to the tank i used the same silicone i described above. Once i get to the office ill snap a picture of overflow and the silicone that works best with acrylic.

So here is the crazy part, I did all my Finances to see how much i spent in order to build this tank. The total came out to be 6849.45 for everything (I have literally everything i need). Including molding, tools, wood, glue, sump, plumbing, pumps, RO/DI System, Auto Top Off and etc.

At this point im thinking if i should have just bought a complete system

You made that.

That alone is worth every penny you spent.

No one else on the planet has a tank exactly like that.

So the first 2 coats of stain are on. 2 more to go since im going for very dark look.
Ro/di system is running snd slowly filling the tank. So far no leaks.

Now, what kimd of live sand do you guys recommend? What about salt? Also for the lights im setting up 7 am blue lights 9 am white lights 8pm whites off 9 pm blues off. What you guys think?

That looks great with the stain on!
Can't help you with the lighting - I don't know the first thing about marine tanks.
